Life Design is the most popular elective course at Stanford University, helping many college students live a happier and more meaningful life with clarity. The underlying logic of Life Design is design thinking, which involves reconnecting with one’s inner self to discover true passions and interests.
The Stanford Life Design One-Day Experience Camp offers participants a unique opportunity to delve into the principles of life design, explore campus life, and gain valuable insights into designing a fulfilling and purposeful life.

- Explore Stanford campus and find highlights through campus mapping tasks
- Start to think and set up higher and long-term goals

Dr. Xin Ai, with years of experience as a life design coach, has developed a unique curriculum system tailored for Chinese participants, which has been well-received by students of all ages. The Stanford Life Design One-Day Experience Camp aims to provide a deep understanding of campus life, transitioning from concepts to hands-on experiences by completing campus exploration tasks in groups.
