2024 Wuhan University Global Summer School
What includes:
-Registration fee;
-Tuition fee;
-Housing (on-campus accommodation for the stay in Wuhan, mostly double rooms);
-Field trips and cultural activities in Wuhan;
-Basic accident insurance for the stay in Wuhan.
Participant students are required to cover:
-Airfare cost;
-Meals (estimated 10 US dollars per day for meals offered in student canteen);
-Adequate personal medical insurance for staying in China;
-Cost for the trip to SuZhou (optional; estimated 600 US dollars covering round CRH tickets, local transportation, hotel accommodation, meals, tickets to scenic spots, travel accident insurance, and English guide service)

About 2024 Wuhan University Luojia Global Summer School
–Asian Architecture Culture and Heritage
Luojia Global Summer School was initiated by Wuhan University in 2006. The beauty of architecture lies in the fact that it bears the humanistic characteristics of different historical periods, and the history and culture of China for thousands of years.Under the theme of “Asian Architectural culture and heritage”, the program has been endeavoring to provide an exchange platform for international students to get a better understanding of Wuhan University and China.
2024 Luojia Global Summer School is packaged in two exciting weeks.Guided by a standout team of Professors, from the Department of Architecture, the Department of Archaeology,and the Asia-Pacific Headquarters of UNESCO,etc, you’ll be able to enrich your knowledge of Asian Architectural culture and heritage. In addition, the program will organize field trips and cultural activities, which will savor your learning experience, present the beauty of China and hone your skills and capacity in intercultural communication.
Award
Each participant will be assessed by his/her participation and performance in the program.
After successful completion of the program, participants will be awarded 2 Wuhan University academic credits and a certificate.
Program Schedule
Process
- Fill out the application, and we will contact you upon selection to confirm your attendance.
- You will receive an invitation letter from Wuhan University.
- We will coordinate with the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in San Francisco to assist with your visa process. You should provide all the required visa documents and pay the applicable visa fee.
- We will provide you with a guide book containing information about preparation before your trip and details about campus life.
- We will coordinate with Air China to arrange your air travel, and you will be responsible for paying the airfare.
