BigBang Artwork welcomes volunteers to support our family-friendly cultural events. Volunteers play a vital role in creating a smooth, warm, and meaningful experience for children and families.

Date & Time: January 17, 3:00–5:00 PM
 (Volunteers: 2:30–5:30 PM)
Location: 595 Lawrence Expy, Suite 103, Sunnyvale, CA 
Entry Fee: Free(Registration Required)
Volunteer Positions Available
  • Check-in (1 volunteer)
     Registration check-in and guest welcomeFloor Support (2 volunteers)
     Assist with materials, crafts, and event flow
  • Panda Interaction Support (2 volunteers)
     Support panda interactions, manage crowd flow, assist with photos
  • Materials & Supplies Management (1 volunteer)
     Prepare and manage event materials
  • Information Center / Guest Support (1 volunteer)
     Answer questions and guide families
  • Certificate & Gift Distribution (1 volunteer)
     Manage certificates and limited gifts
  • Event Photographer (1 volunteer)
     Capture event moments and children’s artwork
