The 2025 CCTV Children’s Spring Festival Gala took place on Sunday, January 12th, at the Woodside High Performing Arts Center, located at 199 Churchill Ave, Woodside, CA. Hosted by the China Central Television (CCTV) Student Channel and organized by BigBang Artwork in the U.S. division, the event showcased vibrant performances and cultural celebrations. Bringing together children, families, and community members, the gala created a lively atmosphere filled with festive joy and artistic expression, making it a memorable way to honor the New Year of the Snake.

The program was broadcast simultaneously across all participating platforms, with an initial broadcast followed by two or more rebroadcasts, ensuring it reached a wide and diverse audience.
Broadcast Platform
The CCTV Student Channel, a digital TV channel approved by the National Radio and Television Administration, served as the primary broadcast platform. Operated by the CCTV Newsreel and Documentary Film Studio under China Media Group, it offered a rich variety of educational, technological, entertainment, and animated content. Accessible through set-top boxes and internet media platforms, the channel provided engaging programming for audiences of all ages.
