The 2024 Sunnyvale Lunar New Year Celebration will take place on Saturday, 3/9, in Sunnyvale. Whether you have skills in photography, planning, production, communication, or any other various talents, we welcome your participation!

Production Team（舞台制作组）
The volunteers of the production team will collaborate with the program director, stage set up and decorate, collaborate with the sound engineer to ensure the stage program’s audiovisual effects. Arrange stage recital, backstage preparation, and formal appearances. Lead and encourage audience interaction with the performance host. Managing the distribution and collection of materials and equipment.
The main responsibilities of the production team are divided into four modules.
① Chaperon: Communicate with the performers, backstage preparation, and formal appearances.
② Stage Props: the management and execution of stage props.
③ Audio technical support: setting up the stage, managing microphone stands.
④ Event scene: organizing waiting areas, prompting, managing props, overseeing accompaniment playback, and supervising overall stage activities.
舞台制作团队的志愿者将协助搭建舞台，装饰舞台背景，协助调试管理音响设备，协助组织节目演员彩排，调整完善节目流程，与演员对接沟通，演员候场管理与服务，配合主持人与现场观众互动，引领带动现场气氛，舞台现场安全管理。舞台制作团队的主要责任分为四个模块。

③ 音频技术支持：搭建舞台，协助调试管理音响设备。
④ 活动现场：组织等候区域，提示，管理道具，监督伴奏播放，并监督整个舞台活动。

Photography Team（摄制组）
Capture every thrilling moment through the lens! Bring the event from the bay area to the global stage. If you have a passion for photography, videography, and editing, along with a creative flair, and would like to collaborate with like-minded individuals, we welcome you to join the production team. We anticipate you will unleash your artistic talents and contribute to the creation of timeless classics!
The main responsibilities and related skills of the production team include:
- Event day photography (photography, photo editing)
- Capturing highlights of volunteer activities (photography, videography, video editing)
- Promoting video design and shooting
摄制组招收热爱摄影、擅长摄像、或善于剪辑的志愿者！主要工作内容包括
- 活动现场的摄影及后期照片编辑
- 志愿者工作状态的摄影，摄像及志愿者花絮的制作
- 活动现场的视频拍摄及后期花絮制作
Logistics Team（后勤组）
The logistics team orchestrates the organization and procurement of volunteer large-scale team-building activities or celebration banquets. They execute ticketing plans for the event and provide logistical support on the event and pre-screening days. This support includes
- Volunteer registration management
- Event material management
- Atmosphere design, equipment and decoration erection
- Redemption booth management
- Ticket check-in and info booth management
- Performer check-in and general on-site assistance.
During the early hours of the event, the main task for volunteers are staying at the registration booth for visitor check-ins, distribution maps. As the event nears its end, volunteers will move to the prize redemption area to prevent visitors from waiting in long queues for their prizes.
