2025 HUST Global Summer School
on Digital Tech and Metaverse

Fee:  $500 application fee

Who can apply
  • Applicants must be US/ Canada citizens with valid passports
  • Current university students between the ages of 18 and 45.
  • English proficiency.
  • Interested in Information and Communication Technologies, and the digital transformation in the past decades
What includes:
– Registration fee;
– Tuition fee;
– Housing (on-campus accommodation for the stay in Wuhan, mostly double rooms);
– Field trips and cultural activities in Wuhan;
– Basic accident insurance for the stay in Wuhan.
Participant students are required to cover:
– International travel expenses and visa fees;
– Adequate personal medical insurance for staying in China;
About HUST

The Huazhong University of Science and Technology is a public university in Wuhan, Hubei, China. It is affiliated with the Ministry of Education of China. The university is part of Project 985, Project 211, and the Double First-Class Construction.

Program Schedule

Note:  This is not a full-day schedule; there are two hours of activities each morning and afternoon, with free time in the evenings

Process
  1. Complete the application form below with payment. 
  2. You will receive a confirmation email from us and HUST.
  3. You will receive  an invitation letter within 4 weeks.
  4. We will provide you with the visa application process with the invitation letter and assist you by partnering with the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in San Francisco.
  5. You will receive important notices and a packing list for your trip to China.
  6. You will be picked up from the airport to school if you arrive at the school within 2 days before the program starts.

This summer school is designed to serve students with all levels.
