2025 Youth Spring Festival Program Selection - Online Registration

Participation Process

1.Online Registration
Fill out the registration form below and upload photos and videos. The review fee is 250 USD per program. Each registration form can only apply for one type of talent. If the program involves multiple talents, a new registration form must be submitted along with the review fee. The registration deadline is December 15, 2024.
 
2. Offline Recording
The organizers will review the submitted videos and notify participants of the results via email. Qualified participants will proceed to the offline recording. The fee is 2000 USD per program for groups of 6-11 participants and 2500 USD per program for groups of 12 or more. This fee includes recording, video editing, TV broadcast, as well as a certificate and one trophy provided by the organizers.
 
3. TV Broadcast
All offline-recorded programs will be broadcast during the Spring Festival on the CCTV Student Channel and simultaneously on CCTV Mobile TV, CCTV.com etc.

Event Details

1. Eligible Participants

Youth aged 4-18 years who are full of dreams, possess artistic talents, and are eager to express themselves.

2.Program Categories

(1) Vocal: Solo, duet, performance singing, choir, etc.

(2)Instrumental: Solo, ensembles, group performance, etc.

(3)Dance: Classical, folk, Latin, modern, etc.

(4)Drama: Peking Opera, regional opera, etc.

(5)Language Arts: Recitation, cross-talk, skits, musicals, etc.

(6)Performing Arts: Martial arts, modeling, taekwondo, gymnastics, etc.

Note:Participants may register for multiple talents, A notification will be sent for any talent that qualifies for advancement. All content must be positive and uplifting, showcasing creativity and youthful spirit. The program formats are not limited, and innovation is encouraged, with a focus on local characteristics. Each individual performance should not exceed 4 minutes, and the maximum number of participants in a single program is 25.

3.Recording Requirements

Record in landscape orientation with a clean background free of clutter. Ensure clear video and audio quality without background noise. Participants should be dressed neatly, avoiding clothing with provocative, violent, or lettered designs. Self-introductions are not required in the program video.
4. Performance Requirements:
(1) Participants are responsible for preparing their own costumes, props, and instruments (excluding pianos), as well as their makeup.
(2) Participants must provide their own accompaniment, which must be submitted in a unified format by the registering organization. The audio quality of the accompaniment must be clear and free from noise.
(3) Programs with lyrics (including dance performances) must submit a text version of the lyrics. For foreign-language lyrics, both the original text and a translation must be submitted for review.
(4) Performances should avoid adult-style clothing. Outfits should not feature off-shoulder designs, strapless tops, midriff exposure, see-through fabric, or any inappropriate slogans. Clothing with foreign text or large logos should also be avoided.
(5) Costumes and props must not include foreign flags, national emblems, military flags, or politically sensitive items.
(6) All participating works must respect intellectual property rights. The copyright for all participating programs will belong to the Spring Festival Gala Organizing Committee. The “Chinese Youth” program group, the Central New Film Middle School Student Channel, and the Central On-Demand TV Station will retain permanent, free, and unlimited rights to broadcast, reproduce, promote, distribute, and share the content across all platforms.

Each registration form can only be used to apply for one type of talent. If parents wish to register multiple talents, please submit a separate form and pay the review fee again.
